hey all.
if you want to be adventurous, you could launch without a mechanic, like the BOOK did. it could add to the 'plot', plus you probably want to get in the air.
but... it's up to captain walker.
if you do need a mech. during a mission just 'wave' TRANQUILITY or BOOK, whoever is closer will come to your aid......
just don't crash my boat!

Well, sir, how about it? Can we launch without a mechanic, Captain? I hear Tranquility and Book have got themselves good ones so if we need their help or have any problems with the boat I'm sure they can help us without hesitation. Besides, I'm itchin' to get out into the black.

The original Firefly was designated 01-K64, for model 01 and the year she first flew (2464).
The "K" in the type class is a pun; "kei" is a Japanese word for "firefly."
The FFF stands for FireFly Fleet -my 'rebuilt' 'virtual' fireflys.
Lastly, the 03 is the WASHs specific id#.
TRANQUILITYs is - 00
SERENITYs is - 01 (our sistership)
BOOKs is - 02 (your sistership)

I agree with CommanderZero, cap'n. We should launch without a mechanic. I'm not entirely sure that this 'volunteer' is going to wake up.
