Hmm, bit iffy about you being so lightheaded Tex. Maybe you should find somewhere quiet to rest with your head down and your feet up? Just in case it's blood pressure issues.

If it doesn't clear see a doc. It could be anything from eye strain to an infection in your inner ear! A good doc with sort you. Is there a House in the house?

DTH: ha, i think im a liiiiittle too young to be havin blood pressure issues, never had em before lol. thanks for the advice ^_^ my mom has mineers (meneers, menears? not sure on the spelling) but im hopin thats not it. dont worry i'll check it out if it persists, im not medically stubborn like my boyfriend @_@ "andrew, you have a second degree burn on your arm, u should see a doc" "nah, i'll be fine" (yes, that happened)

Hugs MSB - ha, if anyone goes with me it'll be my mother. i have to use the highway to get to my doc and for some reason none of my friends drive on the highway..ever. @_@

ok, so I'm not moving great but no where near as bad as I thought it would be. Two of those stretches I use Rosie but the Jazz one (Nice!) is newie to me so will try that when no one is looking.

I'd echo the others about going to the doc FLT but the others beat me to it and I'm kinda on the stubborn scale, got better with my gut as had too but when my toe started to play up it took until my foot swollen and full of pus, one of those great at what point do I have to show this to someone love and she drags me down to A&E and some ham fisted doc (who kept asking the nurse going of shift what to do) sliced it open without waiting for the local to kick in.

Wow, I'm quite awake this morning.

i've seen plenty of young, athletic kids (16+) drop dead from undiagnosed heart problems. don't ever think you're "too young" to have issues. an ounce of prevention, yadda yadda. yikes. now i sound like Rosie. XD
