So I've got about 2,000 favorites (give or take) but here's a minor comminglation of them:
Wash: "Did he just go crazy and fall asleep?"
Zoe: "Sir, I think you have a problem with your brain being missing."
Mal: "Were there monkeys? Some terrifying space monkeys maybe got loose in the engine room?"
Tracey: "When you can't run no more you crawl. When you can't do that, you find someone to carry you."
Mal: "If your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I will end you."
Book: "If you take sexual advantage of her, you're going to burn in a very special level of Hell, a level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater."
Jayne: "Pain is scary"
River: "He looks better in red."
Mal:"We're not gonna die, you hear me? And you know why? Because we are so very PRETTY. We are just too pretty for God to let us die."
Kaylee: "Yessir, Captain Tight-Pants!"
Jayne: "Dear diary, today I was pompous and my sister was crazy. Today we were kidnapped by hill-folk, never to be seen again. It was the best day ever."

from the second Mal took you out of

Inara: "Should I start with the part where
you're stranded in the middle of
nowhere, or the part where you have
no clothes?"

The last scene of Shindig, when Mal and Inara are sitting on the catwalk in the hold and Inara says "Besides, how could I leave Serenity?" and then the next camera shot reveals the hold full of cows...
The last twenty minutes of Shindig were my first Firefly experience and I fell in love right away. Luckily the DVD set came in the week after.

Simon to Jayne: "Enemies? You? No! How can that be!"

Kaylee: "Yes. One of them's a doctor."
Mal: "However I might slip, you're not going to catch my crew with their pants down."
Mal whispering to Jayne: "How drunk was I last night?"
Jayne: "I don't know, I passed out."
Mal: "I take it you're not overburdened with an abundance of schooling."
Monty: "I shaved off my beard for you, devil woman!"
Mal: "Don't strain your brain trying. It might break something."
Mal: "We're deep in space, corner of No and Where."
River: "And Early, Serenity is very unhappy..."
Nandy: "I've been waiting to kiss you ever since I showed you my guns."
Badger: "Thought we might have a bit of a sit-down."
Mal: "I prefer a bit of a piss-off."
Jayne: "This place gives me an uncomfortableness."
The next scene is one of my favourites since it takes the piss on all the "hero's revenge" scenes in genre flix. Mal's fighting one of Niska's minions just outside Niska's office. Jayne's raising his gun to shoot the minion.
Zoe: "Jayne, this is something the captain has to do himself." Jayne lowers his gun.
Mal: "No! No it's not!"
Zoe: "Oh" and she, Jayne and Wash start blasting the minion who falls to a sticky end.
And I can type down the whole Our Mrs. Reynolds episode for quotes... That is such a funny episode!

I would agree with all. There simply is too many...But here are some of my favorites. The ones where I watch other peoples faces who havent seen it yet, just to watch there rweactions to these great lines. i love it when they laugh out loud.

This is my first post. Laugh out loud scene from Shindig with Mal, Jayne and Badger. Badger is trying to convince Mal to meet Sir Warrick Harrow at an exclusive, hard-to-get-into party.
Badger: "Course you couldn't buy an invite with a diamond the size of a testicle. I got my hands on a couple..."
(Mal and Jayne make eye contact and crack up.)
Badger: "of invites!"
