Where does Derrial come from?

I've looked at that closely, but didn't change contrast.
That just seems goofy that it wouldn't be clear.

The "L" IS there. But it's not carved in as deeply as the other letters for some reason. I had to lighten the contrast on my screen to see it clearly.
