I did leave off (only because I have not started purchasing) Have Gun, Will Travel. Though I remember few episodes from my childhood I think it was one of the most influential shows for me personally.

Yes...but much more importantly...IT STARRED GINA TORRES!!!!!
And....she was smokin' hot in it, and ultra kick-ass bad! When you eventually buy the thing, please write and tell your thoughts of the final episode....After numerous viewings I still can't decide if it was intended as a grand finale to the series...or the teaser to a new season of adventure that was not to be. It ended right there, and Sam Raimi went on to do Spiderman...the bastard!

I read somewhere that it was hastily re-written to provide some closure when they realized that it might not make it to another season....

Thanks! That makes a lot of sense. It's one of the 1 hour episodes, and the first half of the episode sort of awkwardly leads into the awesome second half.
