I've been using this phrase lately. I made it up, but it is in the spirit of 'verse speech:

"For the love of everything good and shiny!"

"I swear, having you guys in my corner is like being friends with Zorro."
-Joss on us fans and our persistent reputation
Thanks, Joss!

I believe that's:

"Yes, and I'd like to be the king of all Londinium and wear a shiny hat."

STOWEAYAY, not so good call with the crazy time quote. :) It's:

"I hate to bring up our imminent arrest during your crazy time,"

N.B. Yes, my talent for alienating folks is near miraculous. :)

There's only a handful of quotes I find really useful in daily life, and that I actually use fair often, like:

"It don't make no sense."
"Could be that's true."
"I ain't saying it ain't ...."
"Way it is is the way it is."
"I do not hold to that."
"Wait a tick!"
"Didn't say 'want', said 'will'."
"Dong-ma?"
"Yes, I'm very proud."
"(...), not so much."
"Sometimes a thing gets broke, can't be fixed."

And slangy abbreviations, such as:

"Most like" (for 'very likely')
"Fair often" (for 'fairly often')

And probably a few more that I forgot to mention. :)

Watching "My Big Fat Greek Wedding." in the wedding scene they swing the camera down through the ceiling from the chandelier, and i just saw it and said "did u see the chandelier? its hovering." just cuz it was huge and multilayered like the one in Shindig XD i thought it was funny

"I am a leaf on the wind, watch how I soar."

A man is least himself when he speaks in his own person. Give him a mask and he will show you his true self.

You can't take the sky from me...

I don't often, but the other night at work a big crate of parts came in, about 6 feet long by 2 feet wide by 3 feet high. There it ws sitting on a pallet, and I just couldn't resist.

" What'd ya all order a dead guy for?"

Sadly, nobody got it and I had to explain, which may be why I don't often.
