A convention has been announced for Firefly-Serenity
so far they have Jewel Staite signed on (who I've never met)

so I was bad... I've already signed on
(I'm sure there will be cheaper tickets later, I believe these are the most expensive tickets)

anyone else thinking about going?

I would have considered it
if it was being done by someone other than Creation "We Love to Make Everything as Incredibly Expensive and Shitty for the Fans as Possible" Entertainment. =(

I really respect your opinion...
and I had heard last year that they were not a good organization (better than Booster, at least they can be relied upon to not go bankrupt on me!)

I looked at all the threads from their 2007 Firefly convention though, and it seems that they kept people pretty happy... and of course Nathan was the life of the party!

it is always hard for me to decide: I like a convention which is actually held at a convention hotel, and I was sorry I missed the 2007 one at Burbank.....
