Was there anything in the Firefly shooting scripts that didn't get filmed?

Probably a line here and there. Not one I can think up off the top of my head though.

A few scenes didn't make it and a few lines. The script I saw for Safe had a lot of changes made before it aired. Whether they filmed what was written or not I don't know. Also, the script for The Message was incomplete in a few places, like the scenes with Kaylee and Tracey in her bunk, there was just some notes, no dialouge or anything. The pilot Serenity is almost completely filmed as written. I can't remember about the rest, but the basic premise of all remaind unchanged, just a few things here and there.

All of the complete scripts, including scenes unfilmed or edited out, are included in the Firefly Official Companion volumes. Same for the movie's script in the Serenity Visual Companion.
