Try taking them with food, or 20 minutes after a meal. Try on an empty stomach if that doesn't work.
Erythromycin and its family (azithromycin, etc) give me tummy cramps too. It is a fairly common side effect. Check your prescription information to see if that's a side effect of whatever you're on.
Just keep up with the yogurt or you may have to deal with ... consequences... of antibiotics.

The Feast of The Seven Deadly Sins (7Deadlies to the locals) is almost upon us and I have nowt to wear!
The theme this year is "The Silk Road". We're starting in Japan at elevenses and then dinner's courses take us from China to (I believe) Italy with each remove.
The setting will be sumptuous!
There will be a haffla (belly dancing jam session), there will be a caravan raid, there will be a game of strategy involving changing rates of value on gold/spices/silk, there will be The Den Of Iniquity (you must be this old to enter) there will be FUN and GLUTTONY and several other sins.
I am bringing my doggy bag this time. You will not catch me off guard again! (You cannot possibly eat everything served to you unless you are a large man with an afterburner of a metabolism)
You will not be hearing from me around Feb 16. I will be sleeping it off.
