Serenity is a no brainer.
Actually I dont watch tv, so I list my the movies I put on to relax, in random order.
Im down to, tree, pretty. So no ordering.

The legend of Bagger Vance.
Seabiscuit.
The last samurai.
Rounders.
Oceans eleven.
Bad boys.
Romeo+Juliet.
The Matrix.

Thats it only eight. Ten is for you core planet suckers, out here on the rim we keep it simple.
Almost put Waitress on, I am a sucker for pie.

Shiny regards

Shawn Of The Dead
Alien(s)
any Python film
Blazing Saddles
any Man With No Name film

The only ones I can think of are Men in Black, Armageddon, The Fifth Element, and Dogma - if these four are on TV, you can bet I'm there watching them. The weirdest part is that I've watched The Fifth Element and Dogma on TV more than video or DVD, despite the fact that I own them both.

Princess Bride
Ferris Buellers Day Off
The Empire Strikes Back
George of The Jungle
The Notebook ( had to include fave girlie flick, being a girl and admittingly needing a good romance inspired boohoo every now and again)
Serenity (again with the boohhoos, also coz the funnies still crack me up )
Bubba Ho Tep (too good for too many reasons)
Conrack (Based on Pat Conroy's year of teaching on Yamacraw Island...I'm sure it inspired my career choices)
True Grit ( I'm sure my Dad And I watch it just so we can say "Fill your hands you S_of a B_tch!" At the tops of our voices, and not get into any trouble).
The Sure Thing
