Total votes Firefly: 520,011 (519,118)
Total votes Xena: 444,413 (443,970)
Yesterday, Browncoats voted 893 times (1,022). Oog.
Yesterday, Xenites voted 443 times (460).
(Xenites voted 450 (562) times less than Browncoats, yesterday.
Firefly is 75,598 (75,148) votes ahead of Xena, more than the vote total of #35 show The Simpsons, 69,195. That puts us at 24,402 (24,852) votes away from a 100k vote lead, about 27.33 (24.32) days!
Yesterday, Browncoat votes fell by 129, 12.62%; Xenite votes fell by 17, 3.7%.
We got another, shiny banner, for 520,000 votes!
5,474,180 (5,463,292) votes have been counted as of 01/06/08. Yesterday, 10,888 (11,363) votes were cast. In order to take ownership of 10% of all votes cast yesterday, we needed to vote 1,089 (1,137) times, of which we fell short by 196 votes. Our share fell to 9.4993283% (9.501927%) of all votes ever cast. Our share of the pie just went to 9%.
Here're the hard facts: Other shows, particularly the westerns, are voting a LOT more, now. Even though we've been back over 1k votes/day, we'd actually need to sustain something close to 1,200 votes/day to maintain 10%.
Much as I hate to say it, times are changing, in the ol' Poll, and, I don't think we can realistically expect to keep 10% of the pie, without a substantial increase in Firefly votes. We're still the only show which has above 8% of the vote, in any case, as, the other shows' percentages are also dropping, too.
And, much as I would like to keep that 10% up there, I think it would be counter to the spirit of the poll to ask folks to vote exclusively for Firefly, as, so many other folks are voting a LOTTA shows (I used to vote 14; lately, I've been voting 4).
So, my opinion is, vote for the shows you want to support (well, don't go crazy!), and, let's focus on getting to a million votes within the next year, since it is possible that the poll won't go longer than that. Besides, we get the votes we need to do that, the pie will take care of itself!

Buffy got 381 (409) votes, yesterday. Currently, Buffy is not currently receiving enough votes to pass #6 show Battlestar Galactica, which received 450 (469) votes, yesterday.
Battlestar Galactica is set to overtake #5 show Farscape in 20.2 (25.06) days, at current voting rates.
Angel got 315 (349) votes, and, is currently not receiving enough votes to pass #10 show Combat! which received 411 (436) votes.
Finally, Dark Shadows got 409 (397) votes, and, is now set to overtake #37 show Northern Exposure in 7.28 (9.44) days.
