That's me. If I were going to pick a show to nom, it'd probably be Heroes, about now, but that doesn't seem to be going anywhere. No shows that I actually watch are even contenders. If Sesame Street were going anywhere I might nom it just on the grounds that if there's any show that might be worthy of the title of "best show of all time" (other than Firefly of course) it's probably that. But trying to find a show that I think is both worthy to nominate, AND actually has a shot - well, you see the list I posted up there. The tenth place vote getter is barely squeaking more daily votes than QaF, and only two shows would place higher than 38th in daily vote totals if they were in the top 40 today.

I might. I probably won't post anything more until I have a full week's worth of numbers to get weekly averages (trying to project anything based on daily numbers is hopeless because weekends change everything too much). Keep an eye out next Monday
The "current and projected top ten" approach seems to be a relatively decent one for getting interesting shows out, but I really would love to add a projected date of hitting the 40. That's going to require some serious script-tweaking, because you have to figure out who would be #40 at the time. Would also be nice if my top 40 figures took into account when new noms might pop up.
But I definitely don't have time to do all that coding any time in the forseeable future. At least not if I get work done like I should be right now

I lied. My first set of nom numbers are from Tuesday, and since I'm off work from Tue-Thu next week (a friend is visiting), it's quite likely to be Friday before I post any more nom numbers.

EDIT: Oh, and I updated my list above to go to 15 rather than 10, so that Red Dwarf gets included. It only further highlights just how few shows are remotely in contention: Red Dwarf is projected 11th and is getting less than QaF...
