GSM is usually mobile phones. And I know there's a mobile phone standard called something like CDMA too, maybe the other one is related to that. Just a guess...

In order to take ownership of 10% of all votes cast yesterday, we needed to vote 1,196 (1,248) times, of which we fell short by 86 votes. Our share fell to 9.5311303% (9.5316963%) of all votes ever cast.
Yesterday, our vote percentage fell, a bit. Also, not sure when it happened, but, Xena's share dropped to 8%, at some point, recently, leaving no other show with a 9 or 10% share of all votes cast.

Buffy got 509 (592) votes, yesterday, passing The X-Files to take 7th place.
Angel got 454 (530) votes, and, is now set to overtake #11 show Lexx in 9.62 (8.6) days.

GSM: Global Standard for Mobile communications
A Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA)protocol, generally considered a 2.5G system that lets you do a few cool things with your phone other than just talk to people.
WCDMA: Wideband Code Division Multiple Access
Considered a 3G (3rd Generation) protocol that lets you do LOTS of really cool stuff above and beyond speech with your telephone.
Of course if you wanna play, you gotta pay...
So today (and for the next several weeks/months/years) I'll be spending my time memorizing and adjusting all of the niggling little bits of the network that I can tamper with to get your bluetooth interfaced phone & laptop to surf faster than your high-speed connection at home, while you are talking on the phone, texting someone, and receiving pop-ups that tell you the store you're passing is having a sale (Please god tell me that someone else is driving)...
