Does anybody know when Unification Day was? Month and date? I thought I saw a date listed someplace, but can't find it or remember where.

It's never specifically stated in cannon but for fandom, most take it to be Sept 20th, the day the BDM premiered.

Back before the series DVDs were released, I thought we had decided it was December 20th, the day the pilot Serenity was finally shown on Fox (and the show was put on permanent hiatus).
