You're reading this because you're wondering how in the hell a dream featuring Summer Glau could ever be nightmarish... It's really quite simple:

...She was a terminator. Yes, from the show she's in but in my dream, she was trying to terminate me! And I couldn't fight back because I see her as River, and of course I can't hurt that.

Theraputic suggestions?

I am absolutely an amatuer, so feel free to ignore me, but maybe you've had some stress, or maybe you've had someone you think of as a friend or someone harmless betray you?

Then again, dreams do tend to be whacky, so maybe you just watched the movie or something right before you went to sleep, or were thinking about the fight scene right before you drifted off?

That, I'm afraid, is the best I can do.

LOL! Okay, that (bad) joke was borrowed (without permission) from Dane Cook. Now, seriously...

The long and the short about interpreting dreams is that they are a collective mesh of your waking life, but in the end they can only be interpreted by you. But, this bit may help:

Summer as a terminator shows that you are conscious of her new show. However, in general running from something or someone usually means that you are avoiding a major issue in your waking life. You might want to look at what you may be avoiding in RL b/c there in lies the problem.

Wow, serious replies? The dream is real but I only posted it because it's relative. I expected ranting of wasting your time. But, awesome replies nonetheless.

In the dream, I was all excited because I was meeting River, then she gave me that.. look. It wasn't friendly. Her was forward and glaring and moved smoothly like a robot. So it was just basicly going from, "Oh, yay" to "Oh, shit".

Speaking of dream interpretation, I once had a dream the entire cast was out to dinner for a party and after eating, everyone was away from the table playing pool nearby and Nathan and I sat at our crumb-filled plates discussing things.

Well, what have you done in your recent life that would motivate a goodie-goodie terminator like Summer/Cameron to pwn you?

Usually when I dream about Summer or one of her characters, the content of the dream is, well....sweet. Very sweet. Like the time I dreamed that River and I re-enacted a scene from 'The Unit' in which Summer's character on that show seduced a Unit member.

Also dreamed once, shortly after 'Drive' was canned, that I was having a drink with Nathan and commiserating over the cancellation. I had a good frame of reference since I met him once at a con almost a year prior: so, I dunno, you sure it wasn't River going batshit from a trigger?

Yeah, that basically defines how you felt about this RL situation that manifested itself in your dream. (Boy, that's a lot of $10 words.)
