Can't quite see what kind of a day you're having Gorram, is that the blue screen of death?
I'm all annoyed, struggled out of bed to get into work early (falling asleep quite alarmingly often whilst driving to work!) just to find the computers are down so I can't print off what I need for my lessons. Very annoying.

my sympathies Emma, particularly as I am having one of those mornings too but am on the other end of the broken IT calls and frustratingly the problems are being caused by corporate IT rather than my team but as usual it's us who are getting blamed as we're the ones the users see.
*grabs a cup if tea and grumpily heads to the beer garden*
got to head off, keep thinking that I'm going to see Crowded House tomorrow and hopefully will get through the day.

Emma, the point of the picture is that I was having such a crappy day I only partial pivoted my monitor, so it was actually sideways. The screen is an parts ordering screen, to fix blue screens of death 
Zeek - two words - puppy eyes(or cat eyes if you've seen Shrek 2), an honest apology and like MsB said, make dinner, do a backrub, and dance in your underwear in front of her. Works every time!
