I'm not sure I understand - why would you use Traveller rules instead of D20 modern? I know NOTHING about programming, but wouldn't it be easier to convert NWN using a D20 system?

Ah - it IS a D20 system. D20 Traveller, called T20! A new version of traveller.

Touche! :)

Excellent. Looking very forward to it. My roomate is downloading the module and haks for me while I'm here at work. I've spoken to my wife and... let's be honest... gotten permission to play.

How long will it last for? I probably should have asked that before. LOL

Scheduled time is 3 hours, though to be honest, we tend to run over 15-20 minutes. Brutal for people like me with 2 kids who will wake me at 6 am...sigh...

I hear you. I'm in New Brunswick, Canada, so it's 10pm-1am here (with me coming in a little late). My wife reminded me I have to drive her to work early in the morning, but it's worth it!

I just wish I knew what kind of character I should play. I don't think I'm enough of a tech head to be a mechanic or a pilot (or medic). Maybe I'll play a bruiser...

ACtually, we just got ourselves a potential bruser.

And a doctor for sure. Which leaves a certain need for a mechanic...or a pilot!

Alrighty, I'd better go with pilot then. We can excuse my lateness by saying I'm busy "piloting" or some such, I suppose. :)

Or... what about "passenger"?

Upon further reflection, I would really like to be a passenger... :)

For now, passenger it is - which means if you don't get there in time, they'll pick you up on HIggen's Moon. If you are in time, you'll just be holed up in your quarters, sleeping in.

I'll log in ASAP and just not talk to anyone. You can contact me in the game and let me know what I'm doing. :)

Looking very forward to this. Glad you're doing this! Thanks!
