Has anyone here managed to catch him in his role of Cassanova in the BBC 3 part dramatisation? Wow was he good, playing a young Peter O'Toole. Such a funny, sexy and sad set of programmes. I would really recommend it if you could get hold of it.
I loved Casanova. And David Tennant was so gorgeous in that!

That isn't from the show? I seem to remember an episode where the 5th doctor was on trial, and it turned out that he was being prosecuted by his last incarnation who was trying to "steal" the 5th doctor's remaining regenerations (how that would work, I don't know).
Speaking of the 5th doctor, anyway seen the little special starring the 5th and current Doctors ()? The banter between them is hilarious. ("Oh look, the back of our head. That's not something you see every day.") But be warned, some spoilers for the end of season 3.

My two favorite doctors! OK, so one's a great deal older than he was when he was a cutie, but if you squint, or take off your glasses, you can see the cute one kinda still there. I can never remember which doctor is which, so I list them as

I love how flexible David Tennant is. I love it, every time you turn around in the Tardis, he's putting his foot on the console. Bendy!

Ok just had to add... I loved Christopher Eccleston and I really like David Tennant ( once I got past the whole Barty Crouch Jr thing) and I think Blink would be an incredible plot for a movie

There was another actor I can never remember the name of who played William Hartnell's Doctor in The Five Doctors special because Hartnell had passed on by then.
I'm not counting Peter Cushing in two Dalek movies and Rowan Atkinson in a Comic Relief special as they weren't part of the TV show.

Richard Hurndall replaced William Hartnell as the First doctor in the 20th Anniversary Special, "The Five Doctors", since Bill had passed away about eight years prior. I did like that they used a clip of Bill Hartnell from the story "Dalek Invasion of Earth" at the beginning, so they truely had included all of the original Doctors into the special.

That's the guy's name. Thanks. Yes the clip was nice and I thought Hurndall did a pretty good job of replacing Hartnell. Just a pity Tom Baker didn't want to be more involved, but having Troughton and Pertwee on screen always makes up for any other losses.
