Well it's like this when a mother cloud and a father cloud love each other very much.... Sorry, wrong explanation. Actually it's all very simple we have a very high ceiling and after a good water balloon fight we hac=ve an atmosphere that is saturated with moisture should the temperature fall that moisture precipitates out in the form of rain. Snow in the colder corners. And that's why it is raining.
