Nothing wrong with being gleeful, so long as you're quiet about it. Smirking at the hostess and/or commenting on how yours is more popular than hers (ahhhhh no ' to indicate possesion because "your" and "her" are both self indicative of singular third person! Sorry, it finally clicked) would be high on the rude scale.
She knows, but continues to make it because it's traditional.
Have fun today vump!

This is a stats breakdown from 02/19/06 to 08/21/06, from the TV Vote Group archives! Be sure to read the second post, as these numbers may not take into account a 4 day hiatus in July of that year.
A lot has changed, in all that time!
Blast from the past VUMP!

At the time it was written, Firefly was so far back it didn't even merit a comment.
Well, we certainly came in and rocked the place like it had never been rocked before.

going to the neighbor's for Thanksgiving dinner...(in the south, for some reason, ham, mac and cheese (?) and sometimes roast beef are also part of the 'traditional' meal...very strange). Also..with my apologies to southerners here; cornbread dressing?..please, it's dirt with celery. Every year we have gone to the same family's home for Turkey day..and she makes an enormous pan of cornbread dressing (see dirt with celery above). Since I make the basic Yankee dressing to take..it's always eaten up and the cornbread dressing is left with maybe a spoonful or two taken out. Is it wrong of me to be somewhat gleeful about that? Pondering vump.
As a northern bred man who married southern, I've had both. Sounds like your getting a hold of somebody's bad recipe, to me.
I'm just gleeful to have the goodies to eat!
