An almost throw-away reference from Underneath that went back to an old Buffy episode (and I won't say what, since I don't want to spoil it) got me thinking. What casual references to things that have come before would you like to have in the last 5 episodes?

Personally, I'd love it if Spike would make some mention of the bloomin' onion.

I believe they are refering to the shrimp thing...but I never saw the buffy episode with that...at least not recent enough to remember.

Since it's already all over the boards, yes, the shirmp thing. It's a reference to the 4th season Buffy episode "Superstar."

Oh OH - a "world without shrimp, or a world with nothing but shrimp." Haha...thats hilarious!

What's great about those kind of 'inside jokes' on Whedon's shows is that even if haven't seen the episode the joke referances, they don't seem weird, or out-of-place.
