I have Jetflair's fantastic Serenity charm and I had it on one day when I went to my favorite Chinese restaurant.
The waitress confirmed for me that it meant "serenity, peacefulness" I know she was struggling for the right words because even though she spoke excellent English I know a literal translation of a Chinese characters are hard.
