Hey all, I'm new to this site and I'm out of touch with new regarding Firefly so I have one question: Are there plans for a Firefly sequel? If so when could we expect this to happen? Is there any hope that the best show aired on television ever is coming back?

A Serenity sequel?, nothing concrete as yet, as for Firefly, I think FOX still owns the rights to that, and, I don't think they're too keen on giving them up, so, Firefly may not come back, but, never say never.

Thanks. I really hope Firefly comes back. I liked Serenity well enough but it seemed like they were trying to tie up too many loose ends in one movie.
Another question; I've heard tell of something called 'Session 416' or something, featuring River (one of my favorite Firefly characters). Where might hese be found?

I second that motion for firefly to come back. I think the only real way for it to happen would be for browncoat organizations to purchase common stock in FOX and vote to have it re-aired with future episodes. I might buy some stocks from FOX, but I wouldn't as an individual be able to significantly sway a vote, but if organizations of fans were to do this the letters sent would not be ignored.

If you want more Firefly and Serenity, make sure that movie makes money! Buy it! Christmas is coming! Buy one for everyone you know!

I'm sure this has been done but...
Why not start a letter writing campaign to Fox? Maybe if we got enough people on board we could bring back Firefly. As a rule I have no confidence in big corporations but it might work.
