Even when he managed not to mix up the names River and Summer, Sean Maher's habit of looking straight at the camera during takes meant that he was responsible for most of the filming delays.

It was bad enough that Jayne had stolen the only functioning shuttle when the ship's life support began to fail, but then he contacted the rest of the crew to let them know that he had taken River and Inara with him "cuz they're the best lookin."
