Okay, this came to me the other day and I really haven't been on the forum much and am curious if anyone has the answer.

In Our Mrs. Reynolds, after Saffron fuses the door shut, how the heck does she get off the bridge????

I know Mal was able to get to the passage way of the crew quarters via the cargo bay but how did she get out of the bridge?

Answers anyone?

Simple, she fuses the door shut AFTER she leaves the bridge. Watch it again, after she knocks Wash out she pulls a tab from under her skirt, places it on the door frame, pushes Wash out of the bridge, then walks through the door and closes it. She never intended to lock herself in. She never intended for anyone to get in. Then she made her way to the shuttle.

Then later they find Mal passed out in his room and they all walk to the sealed off bridge.
