no web site yet (and not for another month either

but that won't stop me from sharing my shiny items with Browncoats who may need them...

to purchase items, just email me at earthgirl@kos.net and send your full address along with a list of what products you'd like to purchase. I'll then send you an invoice from PayPal and ship out your items when payment is confirmed

prices are in US dollars- some items are different priced for Canadians

Not only is there NO TIME LIMIT, but there will be more products being added in the coming weeks- and thereafter, too, if there's enough interest to keep the Firefly Cargo Bay flying!

I've been trying to set up a web site but have run into stupid problems. I will continue to do business this way until I can get a shop up and running.

In the meantime, I'm here and I don't intend to go anywhere (okay, except dealer rooms at trade shows!) thanks for the interest-- it's what keep her in the air.. oh, wait, I got that wrong...

And that's but one example. There are many others.

i.e. When money changes hands regarding other people's IP, it's just asking to get sued. It positively baffles me that even after much litigation, stuff like this still happens.

okay, well "you're an 'up' person"

yes, FOX has been known to make the sweep from time to time, but know that there are still a TON of us out in the black making Serenifly inspired stuff because we love it and this is how we express it... you do what you know.

I've had a cafe press shop for 4 years now, and there's black market beagel, and read my chest, and tenth crew member and jetflair and artcat and on and on and on.

In short, yes we're all watching the legal side of things, but a lot of what we do is inspired by and not infringing on. Yes, it's a fine line, but we'll walk it as long as we can

as far as such aggressive negative comments...

Being a designer of card games by hobby and obsession, I've just got to ask, who made your cards? They're so...very...pretty!

Also, yeah, I tend to jump and flip on the inspiration side of that line...occasionally I fall over because, unlike River, I am uncoordinated, and have to drop a design here or there.

I look forward to more pretties in your store!

Oh, I ain't sayin' I've never had a design flagged, cause if I said that I'd be lyin'! I know all about the pulled design line, but I try to avoid it. With only 14 episodes and 1 movie (so far) to work from, getting close to copy right is sometime hard to avoid. Enthusiam sometimes gets the best of inspired Browncoat designers!

About the cards-- I've emailed you about the deatils.
