I've been a fan of the movie Serenity but never watched the TV shows until this week. I was amazed. I'll probably watch them again so my wife can see them and again for myself.

Whats weird is that at my age (27) and being into movies and shows I watched Serenity way after its release (at the request of my brother) and never heard of Firefly until just recently. I think somone failed miserably in the advertising department for this show and movie (which probably explains its weak box office $ and cancellation of the TV show)

Anyways. I love this series. I could totally get into the whole universe. Are there any campaign guides for D20 or any other Die systems? I could run some good games in this universe.

Well I'm headed for Redstone AL for about 10 weeks then I'll be at Eglin AFB for about 6 months. Would be nice if I could hook up w/ some people near Eglin AFB Florida. Would help me kill some time whilst I'm away from the family. I'd play or run. Although I don't have alot of xp as a DM but I have played under one of the best in the world. So I just mimick him and my games turn out pretty fun.

Inara was my first thought, but I think I'd make a better Jayne. Plus I found his hat on sale at Ebay. Thats like 3/4 of the costume. Now if only I could grow a gotee....
