Map of the complex itself, or where in the verse it is?
According to Map fo the Verse and the accompanying White Paper, it is the Comm Station in ring 2, which is the same orbital distance as Kalidasa Sun. This would be 5/12ths around the verse in clockwise direction from Kalidasa, if I understand correctly.

If you mean the complex itself, I might check out the Serenity Visual Companion. And if it's not there, I think you get a pretty decent overhead shot of it as the crew's coming in, you might be able to draw one.
