I picked up the game a couple days ago and as I was playing one of the characters yelled out "Shiny, Master Chief is here!". Wondering if anybody else has played and found any other nods to Firefly. It made me start to analyze the game for numbers, settings and names for more. Adds a little more fun to the game besides shooting critters.

I thought I heard Adam, Alan and Nathan voiced some of the characters?

It does sound like them, I don't know for sure. I bought the game to kill time. I am stationed in the desert right now.

UPDATE: A little research found that yes, Nathan, Alan and Adam do voice overs for Halo 3. Also used is Katee Sackoff (the new Starbuck)

Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk and Adam Baldwin do voice act in this great game...

Nathan Fillion, has a major role in the game as he plays sergeant Reynolds and he fights side by side with you on a number of levels.....the other two have numerous roles within the game too

its a great honour for the three of them, i think, as theve been able to have a role in the greatest and most anticipated game of the century....

its awesome to go around kicking ass when uve got sergeant Reynolds cheering at your side!!!!

his voice alone raises your spirits and drives you on!! lol

erm well u cant really tell whos who, u can just hear there voices, Alan tudyk is in the very first cut scene and he has alot of diologue, then you hear the great Nathan fillion....you hear them all throughout the game, they play various different marines...

its really really cool

Played some more after work yesterday. Was laying waste to "The Flood" when out of nowhere a voice came across and yelled "SAY HELLO TO VERAA!!!" I about lost it.....laughed my fool head off. Also while playing, if you train your weapon on a friendly and sit still, they will start talkin smack. Pending on the area, it is Adam Baldwin at your side. I am about to beat it, but I will deffinitely be runnin through a few more times lookin and listening.

No way really? Definate Firefly fans amoung the gamers. And Nathan's character in the game is SARGENT REYNOLDS? Where have I heard that before?

Now I seriously want a Firefly game. Even if I don't have an Xbox.

Just go with the Halo 3 for now.....even the suits that you wear look amazingly similar to the Alliance soldiers in "The Train Job". Yeah that means you are Alliance, but in this case the bad guys NEED to be wiped out. LOL!
