Possible Screening

Hello all,

I'm trying to plan a screening of Serenity at Ohio University sometime in the winter.

Does anybody have any advice for putting together an event like this?

Furthermore, is there anyone in the area who would be interested in helping?

I would recommend checking in over at www.cantstoptheserenity.com
Those folks have 2 yrs worth of experience staging Serenity screenings.
Things are a little quiet there as people recuperate from the summer fundraising and as the website is rebuilt.
But there are enough folks there to give you invaluable information and contacts.
