Philosophy major. I don't even get the "What's that good for" question. Mostly I get people saying, "Have fun at McDonald's" or some such.
Never mind that most people don't even work in the field that they got they're degree in. Sheesh. 
But, whee! What fun to be here among friends!

yes, but theirs is a USEFUL degree they don't work in, while ours is a useless degree we don't work in.
See the difference?Actually, I just think they are jealous because we had actual fun getting our degree while learning useful skills such as research and the like, while they plodded through boring classes.
