hey all,
I was gonna complain about the sad fairwell I paid to my beloved van as she was taken away for scrap today but poor Emma's day made me feel kinda stupid about it. You take care of yourself love and if you need the 
to understand what actually constitutes assault then let me know.
Of course it's all bluff as I'm a great big pacifist but some people just really make me sad.

Well I'm off to pick up painting supplies so MrG and I can get the last of this endless painting done tonight...as I have Friday off, but my beloved brother ( moron that he is) broke his face in several places and needs surgery that day so I have Wyatt and Wyatt and painting don't mix...( last time he stuck his arm in the paint and tried to lick it off)

No no no! Just because I was having a
day doesn't mean that no-one else can make use of the wornderful support network. Nothing that makes you feel sad could possibly be stupid. I'm guessing you had some very good memories associated with that van. At that point it no longer becomes a mere object and of course it's going to be a wrench parting from it. Wish I could think of a way to spice up the lesson more. It's about recognising animal foodstuffs. Anyone got inventive ideas? Sorry, shouldn't be getting you guys to plan my lessons for me but I've lost a bit of confidence today.

Em love..I'd make a scavenger hunt. Give them a sheet with list of animals on it..then make piles of a variety of foodstuffs suitable for the different animals. Pace piles of foodstuffs or pictures around room ( have them numbered) Have students wander room and match animal to food ( using number) and give 2 reasons why they selected that food for that animal. Have prizes for first 3 people to correctly identify all food... then you can have people give their reasoning for picking the food... does that help??
