You may want to look at Kaynara's work, Strange Bedfellows, Bedlam, and Bed and Wine, plus many stand alones. Lots of snarky humor, well planned plots and adventures, mostly canon pairings especially M/I and S/K, and a series that spans the series and post movie.
Anything written by Maystone, Hawkmoth, Browncoat 2X2 haven't been mentioned yet, and are fabulous works of fiction. Then of course there is Terimaru and Homespun and Agent Rouka and ...well, that will keep you busy for quite awhile

Terimaru and Homespun... don't know if I've read them... I'll check them out.
