OK so we're supposed to have a fire drill...I prep the kids, we get all set...and wait...and wait...and now they've announced they are having technical difficulties with the fire alarm and we should " sit tight" until they sort them out.

Well they've cancelled the drill for today and we will re-schedule for later this week...here's hoping we have no real fire in the meantime( yes I have frisked my kids for matches) because the alarm is offline...LOL

LOL! I got into a debate with the kids last term about what to do in a fire drill. They wanted to take all the animals with them because it would be cruel not to. We nearly had a dozen rats let loose!

Rats are cool, would have one as a pet but the other half is allergic and want something that will live longer, of course she will be allergic to the dog that we are apparently getting when we move to somewhere with a garden but that doesn't seem to put her off!

HUGS Em yeah we have pet evac plans as well to make sure all animals get out. They even have emergency sprinklers and such for the duck enclosure. I can imagine it'd be a great deal worse for you as you have tons more animals.
