Sunday is the weakest day, but since the numbers show up in the morning, it's really counting the votes that came in on Saturday. We SHOULD be free and clear for this week as long as we keep putting the votes in. But we should probably think about what we're going to do to try to get everyone voting on Saturday next week.

Yesterday, Browncoats voted 1019 times.
Yesterday, Xenites voted 656 times.
(Xenites voted 363 times less than Browncoats, yesterday).
Firefly is 10,602 votes ahead of Xena! That's great news, but, we can't afford to slack off.
Browncoat votes fell by 121, yesterday, 10.6%, for a falloff of 253 votes in the past two days; Xenite votes fell by 101, 13.34%. We accounted for 6.85% of the drop-off in daily votes in the entire poll, yesterday
The next goal of 400,000, is 5029 votes away, about 4.935 days at current voting levels.
We WILL reach 395,000 tomorrow.
Then, we shoot for half a million, still about 103 days out as we are currently voting. That time is getting longer, Browncoats!
4,193,339 votes have been counted as of 09/08/07; 11,127were cast yesterday. In order to take ownership of 10% of all votes cast yesterday, we needed to vote 1,113 times, falling short by 94 votes. We are now only at 9.41% of all votes ever cast.
We can still take that 10% slice of the pie on Rich Labonte’s charts! If each of us voting managed to eke out just one more vote per day, it would make a huge difference; we could start catching up on that 10%, not to mention reaching our goal numbers much more quickly.
Our 1000+/day streak is still going strong, at 41 days, but it almost slipped away from us, yesterday! We need to hang tough to beat Xena's all-time record of 73 days. Let's not let our votes slip away from us!
One last piece of good news: We have gained the welcome help of some unexpected allies. I have been cheerleading the Dark Shadows nomination voters, a number of whom are also Firefly fans, in their effort to reach the Top 40. We are starting to see some votes from the Vampire Flans, as well. Hopefully, this will help boost our numbers.
Their votes, last night, certainly helped keep us above 1k. Might be nice to return the favor, if you like Dark Shadows, or, gothic horror, in general.
