I use a series of programs by Stardock to really make my computer a custom work of art. I usually change the themes 3-4 a month depending on my mood.

I'm crappy at figuring out how to do this kind of thing--tried to do something similar on another site the other day and it didn't work out, so I'm not even gonna try.
