...like Ms. Staite, it took me several minutes (and, really, several days) to regain my composure.
One I haven't seen yet - possibly cuz it ain't what you would call traditionally funny - is:

Don't know about Niska, but Mal, at that moment, had my full and undivided attention (like others have said about other quotes, this is one you really have to see to feel).
And from the Deeper Significance (I think) Department, one that several have already mentioned:

My Deep Thought lobe is not working so hot today, but the thing I love about that exchange is it shows the...cross-puposed-ness...between Kaylee and Wash at that particular moment: All Kaylee wants to be told is that she's pretty...Wash, in typical guy fashion, figures he's answered that question by the best possible (guy) metric - basically "Sure - I'd sleep with you"...he says it real nice-like, of course...
