This is what I mean. Best Buy has them, and by all accounts has at least 20 copies per store. While I'm sure there are some here and there, I'm guessing a significant amount of them are at Best Buys. Universal can get the fastest and biggest indicator of just how well they are selling if we concentrate on one big retailer.
Spread the word, Best Buy is the place to get your Serenity CE DVD!
In fact, one of the SoCal Browncoats created a flyer you can print out and place in stores and other places to help advertise the dvd. Just print out a few, cut them up and quietly put them in the stores where it will do the most good. I don't think stores will mind us helping them make money :)

Feel free to spread that link around.

I can never figure out Wal-mart.
Seriously, they seem to only carry Disney movies. My local Target does a better job in the DVD selection.
Oh- My local Best Buy was also out of the Serenity HD-TV edition too.

My Best Buy had it up front in the New Releases rack.
It also had a small sign right in front of the BDCE's that advertised the special edition comic book. Plus, it was $2 off. Shiny!

Got my copies from Best Buy also. Woohoo!!! Happy happy joy joy There were five copies left on the shelf and I bought 4 - one for me and the rest to be given as gifts. Glad I snapped up the four. I just looked at the Best Buy advertisement and it said that for the CE version (with the comic book), that there's a minimum of 8 per store. Hope they sold a lot more than that though. Can't wait to listen to the commentaries!

Gee, I've never been in trouble with the law before.

The Wal-Mart in Bellmead, TX had them on an end-cap and in alpha order by the Sci-Fi dvds.
Keep Flying!!

Checked my Best Buy yesterday...
'New Releases' area was depleted , though there
were two rack slots with promo cards for the CE.
Went to the Sci-Fi section , where 13 copies of
CE with the mini-comic were stuffed on the shelf.
Liberated 2 sets and took 'em to refill the
New Release rack ... Will continue this
strategy as long as it seems to work...

What is a promo card? Nevermind saw them today. They are cards on the rack slots that says the price and the DVD name and also a card that mentions the comic book.
