why are DA and firefly fans so bitter?

You should join DA-network and start a similar topic... We've talked about the effect of the pulse, how much of the tech in the show is real and how much isn't, etc. *is off to start another topic in the other show section*

I've personally never noticed any bitterness between DA fans and Browncoats, only one or two occasions with Trekkies.

I've just started to watch Dark Angel and so far loving it though it took 3 episodes to really get into.
