I can't include Jericho right now because there aren't a week's worth of figures for it in the top 40 result download files. It should start showing up all by itself next week or so.
The selection of shows to include is automatic - the current top 10, the "projected" top 10 based on weekly average votes, and anything that's going to happen in the next 10 days. By that measure, Jericho is almost certain to show up - with weekly averages above 600 it's "projected" position is about #2 or #3...
