Kind of has that gritty feel to it like Space: above and beyond, which I loved BTW. Or the second Aliens movie (the best one by far), as well as a welcome Fireflyishness.
I'll be watching, thats for damn sure.
Spreading the word on this might be a good idea. God knows it's not often that good scifi comes along.

Just think, in a alternative universe, there are maybe a couple of episodes where Mal's younger brother makes an appearance... that he's gone to the Alliance is a really sore point...
