Didn't get too much time in for walking and working out this weekend with the shindig and traveling, but will be starting back up today.

Walked 3.87 miles at lunch yesterday and then another 3.1 after supper. 30 minutes on the 'Flex.

Where did everyone go? I know Sig said his access to the site would be limited, but there used to be others on the fitness bandwagon too.

Got 3.28 miles in at lunch yesterday. Just too bloody hot to put in more than that in the afternoon. Got in another 4.36 after supper as it had cooled off considerably.

Glad to see you back Siri!

Put 3.21 miles in at lunch on Friday. Like a friend of mine says it was so hot and humid on Friday it felt like walking outdoors and getting hit in the face with a hot, wet towel.

Did another 3.62 after supper.
