I'll be interested to see how sympathetic they can make Pegasus. Only so much you can do to make me vump for a crew that pillages jump capable refugee ships, enslaves any civilian whose skills they demand, threatens their families to prevent Atlas from shrugging; and rapes female captives into catatonia.
Galactica bent the rules plenty, but even they felt the need to remove Pegasus...
Perhaps as an interesting turn - things will be told primarily from Cylon POV and show how wiping out all record of humanity would be a good thing.
