Walked 3.76 miles at lunchtime yesterday. Thank the Powers that Be for showers at work as it was another scorcher yesterday. Did another 2.34 miles after supper. Put in 40 minutes on the 'Flex.

Knocked out 3.58 miles at lunch and then another 3.62 after supper. Did 30 minutes on the 'Flex.

Weighed in last night to find I have lost five pounds in the last two weeks!
