Well, I've only seen Firefly/Serenity, so all my responses will be from there XD

Also, a bit of another note: I consider Summer Glau a primary actress in Serenity, but a supporting actress in Firefly.

There's like...20! :P I like the one in "Safe" where River says that simon gave up all he had to find her and found her broken...and the one where she's up on the pedestal and simon decides if she's going to die, theyre both going to die...and the one at the end of serenity (river's "my turn" moment)

BEST ACTION SEQUENCE: Oh this is easy...River killing an army of reavers!

BEST DEATH (in how it played out, not necessarily that you wanted the death to happen): most definately NOT wash! probably Mr.Universe
