Hey to you, Ath! (A little FF "Shindig" ref, there - not taking liberties with your screen name just for the fun of it.) I'm 42 and just got into Firefly...and what that goes to show, I have no idea. My point is: WELCOME! From what I've observed, some more venerable 'Coats will be along shortly to shower you with berries, mudders' milk, assault weapons (well, maybe not assault weapons), and the all-important brown coat. Pretty good deal for the price.

Hello and Welcome Athenon! Glad to have you aboard...we get new arrivals every week and we're so happy for each and every one. I learned of Firefly AFTER seeing Serenity on cable last year! Now I'm a member of the 76th Independent Battalion and will be marching in the Dragon*Con parade in Atlanta over Labor Day weekend!! Talk about some culture-shock...!

Welcome Athenon! We're always happy to meet new 'coats...especially ones who have been around for a bit and then post so we can welcome you.

Lol yeah...already been there and done that XD I still can't believe they canceled it. There's still about 1000 questions on my mind (What exactly happened to River, Why did Book get off, did Inara ever really get off, and for how long before serenity?) and there's also TONS of stuff they could've done with the characters.

I can't believe I've seen it all.

Oh, and I would've LOVED to see River and Simon's relationship develop further (To me it's the most touching relationship in the entire series - tamling, not tamcest! :P)

Anyway, thanks for the welcomes and the brown coat :)
