I'm hoping Universal advertising Serenity Collector's Edition DVD during the show. Might get some new Browncoats.
And Fox SearchLight advertises Waitress.
I'm also hoping the same for Drive on FRIDAY 7/13/2007 when episode 5 and 6 airs.

Oh my god, OLTL is where I first fell for Nathan, years ago, when I was only watching it because my mom was! In fact, when my now-ex was first getting me into sci-fi ages upon ages ago, the reason I let him talk me into watching Firefly was because, "Oooh, that's Joey Buchanan!"
I haven't even given OLTL a second thought in about, oh, two or three years, but Nathan reprising his role of Joey Buchanan is definitely enough to make this Browncoat start watching soaps again.

Nathan has been a goodwill ambassador for us Browncoats. He seems to enjoy the idea that we're so hooked on it. I suppose, with more work, he could help more people take notice.
