Kaneman! I've been meaning to talk to you...if you printed up a bunch of Ron Paul position flyers from his web site, you could use them as place mats at your restaurant. Huh?! He can't get assassinated if we don't get him elected!

He'd have to start pulling double digits in the polls. Then they'd crucify him like they did Perot.

Perot was a great candidate with great ideas...and looney as a three-dollar bill. I think he had a real shot till he started seeing things and dropped out. After that his credibility was shot.

Ron Paul lacks Perot's charisma, his vast fortune, has no good ideas...but he has all the same crazy. Unfortunately crazy don't win elections.

Still, I know his name and I didn't before.

Reportedly, Perot came to loath George Bush beca use he believed Bush did not do enough to search for POWs in Vietnam. ... Misperceived by the public as a refreshing Washington "outsider," Perot was actually a consummate political insider who knew many of the U.S. government's dirtiest secrets.... When he exposed a campaign dirty trick involving a fake nude photo of his daughter, journalists ridiculed him for believing anyone would do such a thing. Oddly, the media knew better than the public that Perot was very experienced in recognizing such covert activities.

Charisma...maybe, but no good ideas? Which ideas in particular are crazy or no good Hero? Ron Paul is actualy anti-gay marriage, and pro life...that's gotta make you a little happy

And his VP was an Admiral, not a senile old man in over his head.

I have always considered three possibilities for Perot. One, he was crazy. Two, they (Alien Space Nazis) really were sending commandoes to pick his flowers and kidnap his kids. Three, he started something, never really meant it to go anywhere, it got out of hand, and he wanted off the ride.

I could never get past his ears.
