Put in 6.87 miles yesterday. The heat was kicking my butt (95 here in Richmond with high humidity) so I didn't get in as much as I would have liked. Took the night off from the 'Flex, but did three sets of 50 push ups and 3 sets of 50 crunch situps.

Okay, the heat and humidity were nasty yesterday. Heat index of 108. Still got in 4.35 miles at lunch. Boy am I glad we have a shower here at work. Did another 4 last night.

Heat slacked off some yesterday and the humidity was down. Got in 4.5 miles at lunch and another 3.75 after supper. Worked out on the Bowflex for 45 minutes.

Half an hour of NIA and short meditation in am. 2 hour self-defense class in afternoon. Heading out for the St. Louis Serenity Midnight Show! So excited I can hardly wait!

Got in a five mile walk at lunch Friday, then another 2.5 after dinner. Worked out on the Bowflex for 30 minutes.

Saturday and Sunday we walked 4 miles each day and spent some time doing yard work and then went to the park for an hour of basketball.
