I put in 8.9 miles yesterday between my walk at lunch and a walk after dinner last night. Edging closer to that 10 mile mark. I am trying to increase my stride and pace to better my time.

Did 45 minutes on the Bowflex last night.

Still here, just somewhat lazy lately. Trying to work some stuff out.

Got in about a 1/2 hour walk about today.

Put 5.4 miles in on my walk. Hit the 'Flex for about 50 minutes.

Dropped five pounds since last week!

Got 8.12 miles on Fri, 6/15 as well as 35 minutes on the 'Flex.
